1. Link it

Of all the effective website traffic generation tactics that can get you the best results, linking to and from other websites of related niche is the one of the most commonly-used method. Just make sure that the Internet firm you are exchanging links with is relatively if not entirely related to your own venture. And of course, don’t overuse as this might ban you from appearing into search engines.

2. Know Everything About Meta Tags

Another way of to get your desired free traffic for your website is through having Meta tags placed in your web site containing usually used keywords that directly target your company/firm. Making these write-ups very legible and genuinely informative will give many returning visitors subsequently to become recap clients.

Submitting these articles to different article directory like ezine; will provide more visibility for your website as long as you keep your resource box in tact to create numerous back links for your website.

These methods, if applied properly, will not only make your website stand out and popular but will make you achieve your most required result – High Conversion Rate.

I agree organic traffic through proper keyword research is the best way to generate traffic and it’s free. Of course the other two are equally important.

Everything depends on Google Traffic…My some blogs get affected because of this. For sometime link 3-4 months I would be getting a lot of visitors from google..then suddenly the traffic would drop to 60% to 80% affecting my income… and then again it comes back to normal…Cant understand why….

Its all depends on what u write and how u network with other people, how u share ur content and others etc.., the more active u are the more traffic u get.

Thanks for the info.

Point 1 – I do and have no problem with.

Point 2 and 3 – I think I should spend more time concerning these points.

I always wondered why too many outbound links bothered search engines.
If you do a site about say, Anime, there are tons of good high quality sites to link to, to (as the big companies love to say) increase your users online experience.
(God I hate corporate speak!).
But you can only link to so many because the search engines get mad.

They always have ur profile high when u have less out bound links. DOn’t know why. In twitter too, if u have more followers than u following, u have good profile reputation. All that matters is ratio b/w them.

Actually, I have heard you can increase your pagerank by linking out of your website as well, as long as it’s relevant.
As for the meta tags, they truly are important. And most of all the meta description. ( Which is what makes people click on YOUR website in the search engines anyways)

The rest isn’t really that important, as google don’t have that much focus on it these days. It won’t hurt to add them though.

Thanks for the tips… Content really is king so meta tags and seo articles are the most important. Organic traffic is by far the best. It is more constant and provides targeted visitors. I love getting organic traffic!

Nowadays most of the things doesn’t cost us expect advertising or paid links. I think blog commenting and forum posting drives more traffic and especially from ur niche. These don’t cost u but requires lot of effort.

Another free way to get traffic to your blog is by participating in forums. I suggest you find several forums in your niche and start contributing to the conversations. Put a keyword anchor text link to your site in your signature and enjoy the benefits of free traffic from the forums and free high authority backlinks to help improve your search engine rankings.
