Popular or so called hot niches , have a lot of earning potential power, but the cons, is that the competition is really really high. Starting a niche that is kind of moderate with low competition may be the best for beginners.

Great tips on finding a profitable Niche.. One thing I would like to add here is the ‘Dummies’ series Books. Those books are a great indicator to what sells and what is in demand.

You could also look for “sponsored listings” on Google when searching. In that way u will know if somebody actually is willing to advertice in your niche. Its very important.
