SmartBloggerz Commenting Idol – 1 ~ Contest
Hey Readers! From today onwards till 31st July, this blog will be having “Commenting Idol” contest that means if you are in the top commentator list which is placed at the right side of my blog at the end of 31st July then you can have a chance to win some prizes.
(Note to My friends: The launch time got delayed by few hrs. as the banner for this contest was being made at that time but nevertheless the contest is now launched.)

The winners will get the chance to choose their own prize according to their position in the Top Commentator List.

Note: No winner will be awarded consecutively for more than 2 months. If the same person is in first place at the end of 2 consecutive month, he/she will automatically switch to 2nd place*.

Prepare yourself for an avalanche of spam comments my friend. Hope you have captcha activated as well. Had to strip my blog of the nofollow free, keyword luv and commentluv plugins. It might help if you created some form of rule for commentators to follow. I must say it’s a good way of getting people to stay on your site for a longer period. It’s a Great Idea and I might take a hint and also implement it on my blog. I’ll join in the fun. Hopefully I can find posts I can contribute meaningfully to though your lack of full rss feeds might make that difficult as well.

Thanks for recommending about the CAPTCHA thing. But I am not seeing any flood of spam comments right now so I won’t be activating that plugin for now. But if i see something bad happening then I will surely do it.

@Typhoon, Yep, I didn’t see any spam comments around either. If the spam do starts flooding in, you may just consider activating comment moderation rather than CAPTCHA

@Kwax, It’s not late at all, just make comment schedule per day. For example, you can do 1 hour commentng and i believe you will get placed on top commentator rank
