Sheerseo is really looking useful and very easy to use ,i must say that its an amazing tool.I will have to check it out first ,I will have to use trial version.

I'm using the Google Webmaster Central for checking the ranks of the keywords and making sure there isn't any duplicate content. Okay, I'll admit, the software isn't exactly foolproof, but it works well enough for me. Sheer SEO is really Awesome tool it giving a graphical representation of SERP positioning fluctuation given a date range. It also tracks search engine positioning from the beginning of your campaigns to give you a visual indicator of the history of your top search terms.
