So if your writing an article about dog training and your article has about 600 words then sprinking in dog training at the top, middle, and bottom... Using a meta tag analyzer you can scan the page and see if you've overshot or undershot your score.I've found this to be a good percentage based on several #1 positions in Google for highly competitive keywords.
