There’s always good money being made in website flipping. However, you need to take the time to add value to that website by improving its design, content and traffic as well as ad revenue. The longer you own the website and the more you increase its value, the more money you could potentially make.

Nice tips. I’ve started a mini site 3-4 months ago. It’s not getting good traffic, so I’m planning to sell it.

well i dont think nowadays people buy sites which dont have some sort of income and traffic.. if i am able to generate some sort of traffic to the site i would never sell it

Thanks for the article. I always want to build mini niche sites then scale this up to 10 or 20 sites that goes automaticly. You know that it isn’t so much hard work behind this sites, but they always gives you $$$.

And after for example, 5 months, that each sites maybe give you 500$, you have for example 20 sites, 20 sites x 500$ = 10 000$, then sale this sites FOR 25 000$

When selling a mini niche sites, it would be great if you can offer free transfer service as it will satisfy the buyer but if you don’t wish to transfer it for free then read below.

It is recommended to offer the buyer free hosting for some period so that they can prepare themselves for moving the website onto their servers.

And it is also a great idea to offer paid hosting on your server but make sure you have reseller hosting so that they get control on what they can do anytime.
