A New Big Contest Is Coming – Be A Sponsor For It
Bloggers, I would like to announce about an upcoming contest coming over on SmartBloggerz…
No, your guesses are completely wrong! It is not another season of Commenting Idol.
Then What is it?? Well, I have decided to come up with a killer guest blogging contest for which I will need help of you as a sponsor.
The contest currently is titled as – “Guest Blogging Gone Crazy“…I hope you like it. If you have any better suggestion then let me know if by commenting or contacting me.
For this contest, I have decided to giveaway the following things:
- $200 Cash via PayPal
- 2 Copies of my ebook “How To Get Free Facebook Advertising Coupons” being sold here.
No ad Spots? Yes, no ad spots..For this contest, I have decided that neither I will sponsor ad spots nor will take ad spots as a sponsorship prize.
Then what can you sponsor?
Well, there are many other things you can sponsor like any ebook owned by you, any kind of product/service (consultation, themes, seo, designing, article writing, some kind of submissions etc.) that you offer, any good website membership, cash prizes and blah blah…A prize which will be good for bloggers.
But specifically this time, no ad spots and no entrecard credits or such things..Though you can offer ppc marketing accounts credited with xx amount and ready to be used without any hassle.
Prize Distribution
The prizes will be distributed under 2 categories which are:
- People’s Choice – It will be based on point system..The guest post with highest post wins it.
- Judges Decides – It means that all the sponsors of this contest will be asked at the end of the contest to pick up their favorite guest post.
Also, even if you are sponsoring you can easily take part in this contest.
But, if you are a sponsor then you can’t vote for yourself in the 2nd category prize.
Contest Date
The contest will begin on May 1st, 2010. If you are ready to throw in some sponsorship prize then you can send me an email through the Contact Form. You can use the contact form also to ask any kind of questions you have.
P.S. : Make sure you Contact Me before 27th April with your sponsorship prize…After that gates are closed.
[Update] : I forgot to add one important thing which DennisEdell asked in the comments. He asked about the benefit to the sponsors from this contest.
So, from this contest, sponsoring means a big exposure because I will be taking steps to promote this contest via various means for which I have prepared a special promotion budget plan of $50-$75.
