This is a guest post by Goran Zinic of InDigitalWorks.com that shares make money online tips and advice.
Creating a blog post to our blog seems sometimes hard stuff to do, especially if we want to capture our reader’s to post a comment on it.
Now, I want to share to you some of the effective ways on how to create a super commented post in our blog or as a guest post.

1. Share Your Best Informative Post
Sharing the best informative guest post could sometimes amaze your readers. Make it useful to them, that could sometimes change your reader’s beliefs in life.
It is also a great way to motivate the host of the blog to approve your guest post and build your authority through it.
2. Be Unique And Creative
Unique means not similar to others. So, share your information in a unique way and a creative manner. This post really works especially if you want to build your credibility in your field.
3. Share The Opposite Idea
Sometimes this thing works if you want to awaken the general ideas that your readers have. This thing could also encourage your readers to share their ideas about the topic. But make sure that you prove your opposite idea.
4. Be Controversial
I already did this thing and it really works in any niche. This strategy is like comparing of two or more ideas. You can also share the opposite ideas on each side.
The best example of this post is a guest post on SmartBloggerz entitled, “Content vs Markting! Which is King?“. Sounds interesting and controversial right? This post really earned a large quantity of comments here at SmartBloggerz.
5. Create An Eye Grabbing Title
An eye grabbing title could also awaken your reader’s bored thoughts. I also feel bored sometimes on reading many blog posts a day.
But sometimes, it would suddenly awaken when I see an encouraging title that most readers would love to read more about it.
One of its techniques is inserting a hype words in your post title phrase like, ultimate, super, kick ass, best, most, top and the likes.
6. Make Your Post Short And Concise
We sometimes feel bored of reading long posts, unless if it is worth reading the whole thing. So, sharing it in a brief and concise way is a good technique to make them read the whole post.
You can also try list post using bullets or numbered information because it is easy to absorb.
7. Ask Questions At The End Of Your Post
Asking questions to your readers would encourage them to also share their thoughts about the topic being covered.
You can also ask them a favor to comment into your post instead of asking questions.
8. Comment Your Own Post
I read John Chow’s “the secret to getting blog comments” ebook recently, and one of his tips is commenting your own post using alias. He said that, “this maybe a dishonest but in marketing, perception is everything and the perception is a blog without any comments on it is a dead blog”.
I was surprised because I already had this idea before and in fact, I already did this in my previous blog to capture my reader’s attention to also post comments via answering the first alias comment post. I never thought that John Chow also did these things.
In The End
I hope the tips above would benefit you. If you have some suggestions or queries regarding the topic, please post it in comment section.

Good tips.
“7. Ask Questions At The End Of Your Post”
I think this is very important. I comment on a number of blogs, and I find posts which ask something in the end to be the easiest to comment on.
But I am not sure about “8. Comment Your Own Post” I do not think people will like this if they know about it somehow.

Being unique and creative is in my point of view the most important thing. No matter how well you have written an article, if one can fiend something, that can’t be found anywhere else, the chances are that you will get a comment. Short posts are the way to go, since a lot of people stop reading after a certain point so being straight to the point is very important. Although a good thing, asking a question is not always sure to bring in more comments. It all depends on the question and the way you ask it.
i wish i had this post when i took part in your contest
I definitely agree with point #1 and #4. having those both on a single post will dramatically attract more comments. Also, it’s a good idea to have an open ending on the last part of the post, to let the curiosity of the readers follow through by asking or adding something. Cool tips Goran!
I can’t agree more, your best work should be your number one priority when guest posting.
If you are not able to share your best work wait until you can.
Wow! You hit the bull’s eye my friend. Thanks for sharing it. I will do what you share on this post.
The content that may solve any problem of the reader is the great content that attracts readers and commenting. Many readers will say Thank You, if they will find the solution helpful. Many others will be asking some questions due to their interest. In this way you will be getting more readers and more comments.
All the 8 tips above are helpful indeed. But the fact is still that it is said than done. For most bloggers, I think they are not good at creating super commented guest posts, though.
These are some really good points. If you are authority on a topic you are writing blog post, then you can really create good content. If you help your readers and solve their problems, you will always get comments
I think the challenge is becoming a go to place or as an earlier commenter put it an authority on the topic. Comments help create this so putting your own comments can’t hurt:)
i love the idea number 7.
it will give us feed back and as well as potential good friend !!
Something else I do from time to time is email my list whenever I’ve written a new blog post or created a video. It works really well and I often see my highest open rates for those types of emails.
I like do-follow blog, cause I have too a do-follow.Now commented on your contents, its a great tips for blogger to increase some popularity among blogger sphere.I just love and follow the tips you have mention.wait for your visit and comment too.Have a nice day.
Being controversial and asking questions really brings in a lot of comments. Replying to the comments is very essential otherwise the commenters might feel that they are being ignored.
But I would like to differ on point No. 1. The reasons…well…I am going to come up with a blog post on this topic very soon . I already have the draft.
hello Goran,
you have inevitably post a very good article here about blog commenting.
There are many ways to go about generating traffic and i believe blog commenting has great potential in enabling so.
When it comes to commenting on blog, we often associate it with guest posting and eventually, some would believe that guest posting generates better traffic.
I would like to proof this wrong and your post has definitely shown us why.
blog commenting has the ability of being as great as guest posting and somewhat may exceed your expectations too.
Thank you for such a great in sight.
Cheers
You provided few good and working tips here.
For me the most effective things are to provide something unique and ask questions in your articles. And it is always good to reply to the comments as soon as possible, it increases the interaction with readers and they comment more on your post.
Being unique can be as simple as making posts longer when they are typically short or including elements that encourage participation
i have setup my blog as dofollow, because i think that as i am new blogging that’s why i should give some reason to people to put comments on my blog. All points you have shared above are perfect and we should use in practical. Thanks
Regarding #8. I find that bloggers who add a comment after each person’s comment (a reply) tend to get more comments. So, no need to use an alias, just be real!
Being unique can be as simple as making posts longer when they are typically short or including elements that encourage participation
I like this and I also agree that you should definitely have a great title, write in your own voice, ask questions and reply to the comments that come in.
Do that and you’re golden as long as you’re speaking the truth and continue to do it with consistency.
Great post!
Writing about something which is not found anywhere else and which is worth discussing is the key here. Controversial and Creative posts work wonders for attracting comments, also the Title of the post is very important, making it catchy will get your work half done!
I think the best way to create posts with many comments is to make collections of all kinds, but of course that depends exclusively on the theme of the blog. The first step, no doubt, is a remarkable title that no one can resist reading it. After there, a structure which has this post. Tips really are that many see as essential and sometimes useless, but they work. Greetings, and thanks for such good content.
I think a controversial content can get more reader and visitor. The title is the first
I think your point #6 is very true, make your post as simple as it can, so readers can read and understand easily. A list post would work very well. Between, I couldn’t agree with your point #8 that leaving comment ourselves by using alias, I don’t know, I just can’t do that.
Good tips Goran!
Regards,
Lee
I am guilty of these advices because I am not a good writer but I am trying my best to express my thought though.
I find it really hard to write an eye-grabbing article. I love your point of making it controversial, a controversial post will really lead to lots of comments. Specially when you put a cliff-hanger statements on the title
Responding to the comments is a great way to get more comments. Talking and conversing.
Thanks.
As soon as I read the part where you say it’s OK to comment on your own blog I knew I would continue to read your other posts. I will know that I am getting truthful info that I can rely on. Thank you for being honest here. I am new to blogging and can’t count the amount of posts I have read and the sites I have been on trying to weed out all the BS..appreciate the hell outta that. i haven’t commented on my blog yet but I have thought hard about it. Out of 36 posts in 35 days, I only have about 11 comments. Yikes! Getting decent numbers though (I guess for a blog so new)…thanks for the info!
