I don’t believe in these kinds of link building services. I just checked out the silver package and see that most high quality backlinks are from no-follow forum and we can create it by ourselves. They are not worth our money.
I think you got something wrong there. If you will read their guarantee number 6. It states:

I don’t use any of this kind of linkbuilding. I think you’re better off in the long run giving a personal commitment to your linkbuilding by doing things such as blog commenting because you will build a better community that way.

Forum link building is unethical and spam. Its is doing nothing more than absuing the web properties of other webmasters. Forum admins waste so much of their daily time deleting the crap that you are promoting. It is agains the forum rules of most forums that new members agree to when they join. A class action law suit against those who provide this service is warranted.
Forum Link Building through wrong ways is obviously spam and people should not go into this. But ForumLinkBuilding does not does that. It never spams the forum. They have hired real human employers that always comment, create threads that are relevant to the forum.

Agreeing with Patricia, I don’t use any of those pay-per-link services. I always like to interact with bloggers and post comments on there posts with commentluv and keywordluv. This way, you have a good link and the blogger is also getting some good feedback. I’d rather put my time into creating some good quality links that to pass off $100 and have 1,000 identical generic links.
Could have been a wonderful post but the promises made are too high. Giving links on a no follow sites does not serve the purpose. Also most of the clients get confused with PR offer. I too was goofed up several time. Most of the companies offer links of high PR but when actually given, the PR is of home page and not the inner page on which the links are actually placed. One such site which promises only the PR of the actual page on which the link resides is linkpopularitymatters.com. The links however ranges from PR1-PR4 but the benefits are great.
Agree with the majority of the comments here. Link building using these methods can be detrimental to your site rankings and is probably best avoided. If you have invested a large amount of time building unique content on your blog then you really shouldn’t put that at risk in favor of a potential quick win.

Obviously no one will pay them for building no follow links. But I think you are getting it wrong here. You probably checked the sample forums list and I agree some of the forums in THAT LIST ONLY are no follow but they won’t build any no follow link actually if you read their guarantee number 7.

In case you are not submitting blog comments on .edu blogs to build backlinks, it’s safe…because any .edu blog that gets you a dofollow backlink is mostly a spammers paradise and it’s of no use.

My main worry is that by getting a lot of newish links to a brand new site (For example my bingo site in my sig), i would get it sandboxed or even some kind of penalty.

There is nothing like that. If that’s the case then your competitor will just slam new backlinks to sandbox your domain. Though it is advisable that you keep track on which websites are linking to you and whether they look spammy or not through Google Webmasters tool. If you find someone is conducting a bad plan against your website without your permission (well you won’t permit anyone for that. lol) then you can alert the Google team in advance.

Well, Everything is priced for some reasons, Forumlinkbuilding offers many extra benefits besides profile links in forums. I think the price could be a little pricy for new website owners, but worth for business owners, who know nothing, or don’t have time to do the SEO work!
