I like the idea of personalizing my email. I have tried this strategy before and it works great, but you have to make sure you do some good research first to make it work properly. I have tried getting freelance blogging jobs before and I can say from experience that the subject line is definitely one of the most vital components. There’s a ton of opportunities to get paid writing gigs online, but i think it’s most beneficial to have a portfolio and actual blog started before trying to find employers. Experience is the best resume.

There are a lot of blogging jobs offered on online job websites. Sadly, there are many employers who have too many requirements, yet the salary they offer is too low. If they want to have high quality jobs, they should be willing to dish out a little more. Otherwise, they should just be content with low-to-medium quality writers.
