For almost everything on this list one will need writing skills, so I guess most will opt to create a blog right?? Actually its true that without some money to invest the best way to make money online is through writing.

As mentioned by Vishal all of those things mentioned above requires great writing skills. Even if you got good writing skills it takes time to establish yourself and become a writer that gets paid well. There are plenty other ways to make money online without a blog although having a blog usually helps

Another way to make money is the sign up with adsense and publish hubs with HubPages or squidoo, this will allow you to earn some money similarly if you had your own blog.

Yeah, I have been making most of my money through freelance writing. You would be amazed at how many people will pay for your thoughts. I’ve never had any writing training, and I am reasonably successful at it.

Writing does give you the most opportunities to make money online but don’t let it deter you if you aren’t able to write.
You can also make money creating videos for companies and uploading them on video sharing websites.
You could also do virtual work researching topics or handling smaller tasks such as scheduling appointments. Online call centers and paid surveys.
It’s great that you don’t actually need a blog to make money but it is sort of a “base of operations”

Well, if you have an exceptional writing talent, why not take advantage of that particular skill in earning money through blogs for yourself rather than making other people earn passive and recurring income from what you have written for them. But there’s no doubt that being a paid writer earns well, it’s just that the job will obliged you to write exceptionally every time, unlike writing for yourself, where you can expand your horizons in experimenting your styles in writing as well as in designing. By the way, you have mentioned great ways to earn cash without the need of your own webspace

You are right Tushar, once does not need a blog to earn money online but having a blog is like having a tool that makes earning money online easier. The ways you have mentioned are all true. Ghost-Writing is in a lot of demand and once can earn good amount of money from it. Co-Editoring and Participating in Blogging Contests is also a good way of doing it. Then there is freelancing if you are good in creative and programming stuffs. There is a lot of money in the Internet to be leveraged just you need to know the tricks of the trade

I read al the comments and find t curious that no one mentioned what I’m about to mention. Of course, i could be the one confused here. lol
#1 Become A Paid Writer is an awesome example of money with no blog. Although you should have some sort of site displaying your services.
However, I don’t understand #’s 2-3.
How does Becoming A Co-Author Or Blog Editor make you handsome money? Does the blog admin pay you a salary? Especially since you said the adsense sharing is merely a “bonus”.
The same for Taking Part In Guest Blogging Contests. Sure IF you win you might take home some cash now and then, but hardly steady, and for the most part, hardly “handsome”.
Please explain if I’m missing something here, it wouldn’t be the first time. lol

Among all the 3 ways here, the first one is the best for me because I have interest in wrting products reviews.
In fact, apart from the 3 good ways above, there are still many useful ways to make money online without blog.
For example, All people can earn money with Adsense on HubPages; Or, publish as many as topics on myLot to earn extra money.

Yes without blogging there are many opportunities of make money. If you are a good content writer then you can really make very good money rather than a blogger. In every internet marketing field content is the basic requirement. Without content blogger can not blog, SEO can not optimize keyword or online marketer can not market their products. You can even demand for good money if you are one experienced writer.

According to me freelancing is really a nice opportunity to earn money without having our own blog. In my point of view don’t go for guest blogging to win prices, I hate those contest because they cancel their price at anytime.

You don’t necessarily have to solve a customer’s problem – you may only need to intercept the buying decision for their problem. If, for example, a person is looking to buy a new outdoor grill – and ends up at your site where you explain the different types of grills, and offer reviews and recommendations – that will earn you affiliate income.

I know making money from blogging seems to be a hot topic at the moment, but I’m still not quite making enough to get by, and it’s nice to have other sources of revenue as well. It’s funny, when I looked at the talents I had developed trying to get my internet marketing business of the ground, I realized I had some pretty marketable skills, and I now make quite a good living writing copy for other bloggers.

Making Money Online with a blog is not something that can be done overnight. Compared to being a freelancer where you are being paid writing original contents for others. The latter is the preferred method for those who wish to earn money right away.
