The truth is traffic=money. If you know how to drive traffic to your website/blog/sales page, you won’t have a problem in making money online. Online marketers know how efficient traffic is to their businesses. If there is anything you need to know how to do; that is how to drive traffic to your blog.
There are various ways by which you can drive traffic to your blog/website/sales page. Out of all these, only few are really efficient. One of the efficient methods for driving targeted traffic is by using YouTube.
Almost everyone who uses internet knows that YouTube is a video site. You can use YouTube to get the necessary traffic you need to make money online.
You don’t have to make videos before you can drive traffic from YouTube. If you can’t make videos, be rest assured that you can still drive traffic from YouTube successfully.
You should know that YouTube is all about number of views a video receives. People watch videos a lot on YouTube. The views equal people clicking the link in the description box beneath the video. This in essence leads traffic to the website/blog/sales page that is stated in the description box.
Imagine if you have a website/blog/sales page that gets like 3,000 views per day from YouTube to your product or service, which will definitely have impact on your finance. You will be making a lot of money daily.
How’s That Possible?
I know you are asking, how can that be possible? No videos no views. Yes you are right. No views without video. Imagine all you will need to do if you are to make videos. To save you from all that, imagine if you could just find a video that is exactly related to whatever you were selling. You will see many on YouTube, go for the ones that has many views. All you need to do after this is to stick your link in the description box beneath the video.
Oh oh…that is awesome. This will get you free traffic per day. You might think this is illegal and that you can’t do it. Let me explain.
- Find a video related to your product/service
- Contact the owner of the video
- Negotiate with the person and buy their YouTube account or the rights for that particular video
- Put your link in the description box
This is how simple it is. The accounts are not expensive to buy. You get them cheap compared to what you will gain from putting your link in the description box.
One other thing is that. You won’t get the accounts instantly. You will need a couple of days for the video owner to agree with you. Even some of them don’t reach an agreement with you. That does not mean you should stop. Keep doing this method. The numbers of video owners that will agree with you are more than those that will not agree.
How Do You Find The Videos
- Look for videos related to your product/service that has no less than 50, 000 views.
- You must make sure that the video is still relevant till tomorrow. Ignore outdated videos. Use the analytics that is given below each video.
- The videos must not have links in their description box.
- You need to choose videos that do not appear to be a way of monetizing the video owner’s youtube channel.
- Contact the owner and bargain with them. Let them know who you are and that you want to buy their YouTube account. (NOTE: You don’t have to force them to sell the account. They need to be interested before they can sell their YouTube account.)
- After agreement is made, go ahead and add your link (preferably a link to your sales page or your affiliate link).
For example, if your product/service or your affiliated product/service costs $30 and you make at least 3 sales daily based on the traffic you derived from YouTube. That means you are making $90 daily. That’s $2,700 a month all from one video with about 30 minutes work. Isn’t this worthwhile?

Not sure if this article should be called ‘how to make make money online with YouTube’. Maybe ‘how to market a product using YouTube.’ Good tip though, the only thing I would worry about is how many people would click through your link. A lot of people are on YouTube to have fun, not to find information about a product which you can then sell to them, but it’s definitely worth a try.
In essence, you are not directly selling. If the video meets your viewers needs, they will click on the link to know more. One you get traffic and a percentage of the people buys immediately while others buy at a later time
Yup! Because many people don’t qualify or want to bother with the Youtube advertising program, selling your video or account is a really great way to make money. On the flip side, companies that can pick up the video can drive tons and tons of traffic.
As a bonus, you could also sponsor the video you just bought where an in video ad would pop up. This would then show up on other blogs that embedded it since it’s apart of the video.

That’s a really interesting approach. I wonder what the average cost of buying the rights to a video or account would be. Obviously you would target one with high views, and I wonder how much one would charge…
I think making the video yourself is even a better idea. We have done well with YouTube. With proper optimization to the video and user’s channel, the video itself will rank in the search results.

It is a good idea to drive the traffic from youtube videos, but i don’t think that it is a good and practical idea to buy the youtube accounts. It will not work every time and the videos that are getting high traffic are usually owned by the people who are already marketing their products. Then why they will sell their accounts?
I personally like to make my own videos and there are many ways to promote your video.

that is a great idea. i read a similar thing on warriorforum but there he said that find the correct videos, pay the person like 20 dollars and ask him to keep a link on the youtube video. but you are telling to buy the account itself.

Thanks for sharing your great idea. Frankly speaking, I have never regarded YouTube videos as a way to make money online.
If we can attract as many as people to watch our own videos, then it is obvious that we have gained the potential to gain big furtunes from these videos. But the problem here is, how to create those “REAL” interesting and attractive videos? In my eyes, for most people, expecially for those who are not familiar with YouTube, just like me, it may be a difficult task to money as much as money there.
