i tried affiliate , but ddnt really succeed in doing any affiliate program. always had trouble finind thr right audience and then irregular and pending payments from individual affiliates
My mentor and a proven plan really helped me, Sourish, otherwise I wouldn’t have succeeded too. The right choice of niche and the right target of keywords I run up for made the difference in order to get results. Time and persistence are a no brainer ofcourse.

You’re right to say a mentor is very important to succeed.The concept of affiliate marketing is quite simple to understand but making a substantial income from it demands a serious business plan. A mentor is then necessary because he knows the way to the top. You could then just follow proven strategies.
Thanks for stopping by, Alexis. I was helped by two mentors and I always give credit to them cause they deserve it. What one should be carefull though, is the dozens of false gurus online, who promise money instantly. That’s impossible, so stay away.
I have not tried affiliate marketing till now.But I have read lots of books about affiliate marketing written by different affiliate marketing GURUS.Very soon I’ll give a try.

I think some people view affiliate marketing as a kind of get rich quick scheme. I think you hit the nail on the head with your “Get Rid of Your “Instant Gratification” Mentality” section. At the end of the day affiliate marketing can actually be one of the most difficult ways to make money online. Affiliate marketers need to really zero in on the proper KPIs for their business in order to turn a profit…and most people who enter the Affiliate marketing world just don’t have that data cruching mentality to really succeed…which totally explains the 10% success rate!

Affiliate Marketing is all about getting the right type of traffic. It does not depend upon the quantity of visitors but on the quality of visitors. In my opinion, you can be a good affiliate only if your audience trusts you.
yes, in affiliate marketing any traffic is not necessarily the right traffic. Even a few visitors can make you money, provided they are the right targeted visitors.

I don’t think making money is so easy in Affiliate Marketing. No doubt the return it pays can even be a whooping five figure every month but I believe it involves a lot of hard work to get that kind of money. From what I know, the super affiliates are the ones who get all the hefty payments but I’m not sure whether after reaching that star mark the super affiliates sit back and relax or still keep working to keep the steady flow of income.
no, it’s not easy. It’s very demanding and difficult to master. Bear in mind, though, that any profitable business will be time-consuming unless you automate it. Outsourcing is my orientation and tried solution.
We are running couple of websites based on affiliate marketing and it is not easy to make it! You still have to make quality content, promote your website and much more…the competition is stiff so you have to make sure you are always better than them!
