Great Steps actually but please i need to understand how to do steps 2,3 and 4 coz am little confused about it .

There is nothing tough doing that. Converting into podcast means converting your article to a listenable mp3 file. You can just google to find software’s for it.
There are many Press Release websites which you can find googling and there you can put information about any new launch or up-gradation of any of your service/products etc.
And Step by Step articles means, breaking your article and presenting in stepwise form. like if you have an article related to Yoga, in which you have written like “For doing this position, take your left hand up and both the legs up.” You can convert it into step form like this-
Step1: Put You Hands Up..
Step2: Put Your Legs Up…etc.

I love that idea also. Well but still confuse about it. I’m already try to search on google, but what i find about podcast is : audio blog.
What i confuse about podcast is :
Is it simply just by uploading audio just like mp3 and tell people to download it. Or, audio which played automatically on blog (embedded)?

On the FAQ page, i find “Blog Carnivals typically collect together links pointing to blog articles on a particular topic”. So, if you listed on there, you will get link. Get link = more exposure = of course more traffic.

Do we run the risk of being penalized with duplicate content by following these techniques? Maybe if we tweak the article a bit each time we convert it we can bypass any dup. content penalty??? Regardless, I like the method; you did a great job explaining how to do it.
