Might be thinking from the title what I am going to share with you today and why it is called ‘Dirty’. I won’t let you wait for it; The thing is called ‘Google Notebook‘.
Google Notebook is a web research tool that allows users to clip text, search results, and images from web pages and place them in notebooks for later use.
Notebook entries can be defined as public or private. So, here’s the rub.While surfing on the net I came to know about this trick according to which you can easily get some backlinks from your article or notes published in your Google notebook.
So I published an article into my Google notebook with some links pointing towards my blog and when I checked the links that whether it is Dofollow or Nofollow and OMG, these links were Do-Follow. You can check it here. Since I have done this trick just few days back so I am expecting that it will surely show some results to me after some days. Meanwhile, I also came to know that these pages gets listed on Microsoft search Engine fast which is the amongst the top 10 sites of the world.
I think that links in Google notebook might be a good thing to do for a little backlinks and deep links for interior site pages, but interlinking them in this fashion along with nonsense content screams spammm. What are your opinions about it?
[Update: Google have stopped new sign-ups for Google Notebook. Therfore you can not try this method if you haven’t registered for it earlier. Sorry!]

PR is fully of Google’s view of importance and it helps u in nothing than getting people for advertisements.

I can’t believe if subpage can reach PR2 if it’s from google netbook link (well, google netbook backlink is not too high quality)

Depending on the tools we use the PR can be shown different. It values nothing. Use some PR checker tools available online.

i think it is invaluable for any site.
I jut hear it about google note book. if it is dofollow surely it will gives positive impact on the writer blog. and I like too, I will rush to google notebook

I am using Google notebook for some time for my personal purpose and never shared it with public. But I am planning to start a Google notebook (public) just to try to this method to get some do follow backlinks for newly started blog. I check it by my nodofollow plugin for mozilla, yes it’s do follow. I can’t say this is dirty thing because i don’t know if it’s forbidden or no. But if you read the rules and find no rules write about this trick, i think it’s legal and we can use it to get moer backlink 😛
About the effectiveness. Because google notebook is owned by google, i think the backlink is good
