Recently when I visited Alexa for cheeking my blog rankings; I was surprised to see it’s cool new look. I really like it it’s new web 2.0 feel. With Blue color, it is seriously looking way better than earlier. The new look is lot more appealing and user friendly.
Now it is looking great in comparison to other competitive site ranking like Compete.com and quantcast.com .
Also, this time the servers are also looking faster than earlier. Thumbs Up to this New Look!

What are your opinions abouth new alexa?
Alexa has always been a big joke……they have a long way to gain credibility. Where is the toolbar for Google Chrome? Chrome is the only browser that doesn’t crash on my computer…..so I’m currently without Alexa toolbar.
I am also using Chrome and I am not satisfied why Alexa dint give tool bar yet for Chrome.

The new look isn’t to bad, defiantly like the new header color better then the last one.
Yes, I agree that new look is much more better then old one. And really I started to like it from first time I see it.

Yeah, I also visited it to check one of my website’s alexa. I thinks this is the best ever coolest alexa skin. Plus its fast loading. Loved to use it.

I was not aware about Alexa before but for the past few months only. May be it has got the newer look when I came to know bout it. I look the look and also I like the site itself as its the only way to estimate our traffic as well as to estimate out progress.

Same with you, i’m never see how the old alexa look are. But what i can say is, current look is nice, i like it. Sometime updating look is needed to make user not boring. And just to inform, firendster also change their look.

It’s needed but don’t do it too much. A themes/template is not a thing which should be updated oftenly. Change the look only if you :
– Use it for a long time already
– The themes/template have a bug

Oh yes, friendster changed it’s look just few days back. Sometimes, you just need to refresh your site by having a new look.

Same with you, too. I was not aware about Alexa’s old look. So, out of my curiosity, with the help of archive(dot)org I was able to see the old look of it and I can say, they made a lot of improvement.

I just know about archive dor org. I try to see old alexa. Wow..!!! So many improvement :P. Even the standar color of blue is not changed, but now alexa prefer to use deep blue than a light blue. Current look is more simple but more elegant.

new look of alexa is really nice. we will be happy if we get alexa toolbar for chrome. Every blogger will be looking and commenting in the blog which has good alexa rankings.

Why do u need chrome toolbar? I think the reason behind chrome’s speed is it doesn’t have toolbars. If it started supporting soon it will become like firefox giving lesser speed 🙁
