Ok Cool I think everything is going perfect now. The problem was that recently I used a plugin called WP-Comment-remix but it was sad that when I deactivated it; everything got messed upp in the Comment Part.
I talked to one of my hacker friend; he told me that the plugin was having many vulnerabilities which could cause SQL Injection,Cross Site Scripting etc. etc in future. But Thank god I had a backup file delivered to my e-mail; thanks to WP DB Backup.
If you see any problem plz. plz. Report it to me.
Thank god that you had backup file. Cannot know which plugin is good or which one is bad.
Have you tried sending a note to the plugin author so that he can try to find a fix.

We had some serious downtime going on in our office lately and didn’t really get the chance to save everything we were working on so had to spend a lot of time rebuilding our project. It can be the most annoying thing in the world if you haven’t backed everything up and it all goes wrong before you get the chance so it’s lucky you had that back up.
