Having Resell Rights to a product usually means that you have permission to sell the product to other people and keep 100% of the profits whereas if you were been an affiliate marketer of that product then you would have received a small part as a commission on every sale with your affiliate link.

Good post. I think we can start with the PLR ebooks to sell. This is the easiest and fast method to start selling the products.
But the main problem or issue is again to attract the search engine or targeted traffic. For that we need to do the efforts and it takes time.
