However you decide to offer your sample content, it must be worthy of your reader’s time and should convince them that your content will be reliable enough to meet their needs.

Online, your written words do all the speaking (gestures of emotions, enthusiasm, earnestness) . Your visitors cannot see your body language or see the enthusiasm on your face. They do not have the luxury of sitting down to chat with you to decide if you’re trustworthy or knowledgeable in your niche. Your words must be carefully chosen to draw attention and keep their interest.
People are in a hurry and there are thousands of sites competing for the attention of internet users. By sharpening your copywriting skills you’ll learn how to gain quick ground on catching your visitor’s interest and communicating with your readers while building their trust at the same time.

Some great information here! its really important to write about the things you got deep knowledge of naturally and the passion really need to shine through for successful content marketing. Jean, I’m the same way, I use Google to do some research before making purchases. Without accessing beneficial information, I hesitate greatly before making any purchases.
Dianne, that’s one of my favorite points too. Sticking to the principle you’ve set speaks loudly about you and your company. We don’t necessarily need to just go with the “flow” of things just because that’s what everyone else thinks or does.
That’s one of the hardest thing to do, to gain the trust of readers.But once you get the trust it’s really worth it…very valuable tips here.
Credibility online is a real slow process. People are skeptical – especially people exposed to the online sphere as part of their daily work lives. It’s hard to distinguish yourself but sharing knowledge and offering value is key to earning respect. The social interaction underpins that strategy.
I have been writing online content for others for the past few years and never cease to be amazed at the rubbish that people want to post on their blogs.
I have only recently started my own blog and am really trying to come across as a real person rather than a marketer. I have made a few good friends and have even organised a meeting where about 6 of the people from my blog friends met up for a chat and to exchange ideas.
My online income is not massive but I do OK and he main thing is that I really enjoy the interaction.

To build credibility in the eyes of visitors in may opinion:
1.need to identify niche for which we will write.
2.not only writing just for posts on your blog.
3.must to write articles with some value for our community.
4.not pretend to be the all-knowing,don’t try to fool the readers with the fact that you know more than you actually know.
I like your grocery store sample analogy. Offering free and useful information to help your readers will keep them coming back to your site regularly.
Alx, I particularly like point #4. It’s not necessary to pretend you know it all. People appreciate honesty — and they don’t expect that you’re always going to have ALL the answers.
