Guest Blogging Gone CRAZY Contest : 2 – THE RESULTS…

Hello Readers. I know many of you were waiting for the results of guest blogging gone crazy contest that was organized recently on this blog…Well that day has come when I am happy to unveil the winners of the 5 cash prize winners of this contest.

This contest had $1050 in cash prize to be won by 5 top performing guest authors and many authors participated as well as actively promoted their guest post to fight for their place in the winners list.

Here is again, the prizes for top 5 places if you have forgotten that:

By organizing this contest, I learned many new things. I also noted few points related to conducting a contest on which I will be improving on in the next contest that will be organized in near future…plus I also understood that it’s not a good idea to organize such a big contest during college days (when it’s hard to find time) 😀 So most probably the next big contest like this one will be organized during my long holiday break…But don’t worry, I will be conducting some contests on a smaller level sooner or later on this blog.

Ok, so back to the results thingy…But before that let me THANK the sponsors of this contest again with the help of whom I was able to bring up the cash prize to $1050.

It really did take a lot of time for me to calculate the points. Going through all the collected data; checking the dates, IP addresses, pageviews log, seeing if anything was unusual in the collected data etc. is really not an easy job. But I somehow managed to complete the calculation stuff and can report you the correct results today (although not 100% accurate)…

I hope you have your music players loaded with drum roll sound because you need to play it before you see the winners list… 😀

Authors can personally send me an email and ask for their (only) personal points calculation file. I have created a text file for every guest author with proper breakdown on how the points were given for their guest post.

    Congrats to Lee. I mean he was able to get his guest post 7 days earlier than mine and for me it was a very very big advantage. He also contacted me along with some of his friend bloggers to ask for support which I did. I think all in all he worked hard and did a decent job with his marketing so nevertheless he deserves it.

    Congrats to the other winners as well.

  10. First thing congrats to the winners and the second thing wow, sushant being a college student and reaching to such an high position in internet marketing is tough and i think you have done it dude.

    The contest ya surely this was a good ordeal for those writers and i think they have given their best in all their articles. I have been following each article posted on smart bloggerz from past 7 days and its good to see different shades of you (student) and also the blog (contest).
