It's very easy to do..Actually the template style is indeed lowercase..But if you don't like it you can change t..Just do the folowing..
Go to Your Blogger Account>Blog>Layout>Edit HTML>Then Search For lowercase by using CTRL + F>Then Change It into uppercase
This thing actually comes at two places so change at both places.
Isn't it easy enough to do?
