No, none of these codes work. Tried them all but I am not a new advertiser.
When I signed up for Visa Business Network they granted the $100 credit at http://apps.facebook.com/visabusiness/sign_up but you must be signed in to your Facebook account & you can cancel as soon as you redeem the coupon (although you may not want to).
